The Cambridge Distillery love a good bit of boundary-pushing, and they've done it again with their Truffle Gin, made using white truffle from Alba! Rich and subtly savoury, this is fascinating stuff indeed. Very much for the foraged truffle lovers and the tag line on the back sums it up perfectly: "Combining elegance with decadence".
