Lytham Bee's Knees Old Tom Gin

From the home town of one of our founders comes a classic Old Tom gin, dubbed the Bee's Knees because it makes use of raw honey from local hives. It also gains inspiration from the famous prohibition cocktail of the same name. This sweetened spirit also boasts lavender, pink peppercorns and lime among the botanical s and has the typical Old Tom smoothness.

Expect silky honey sweetness, delicate lavender and herby juniper, with candied citrus and gentle peppery spices.
