King's Hill Gin
All the way from the Pentland Hills in Scotland comes King's Hill Gin, made with a combination of botanicals that includes juniper, coriander, orris root, elderflower and gorse. The name is a reference to a bet made by King Robert the Bruce and Sir William Sinclair of Roslin.
Expect Liquorice, soft orange, thyme and menthol. Rather cooling - makes great cocktails.
