The Beautiful Lady Gewurztraminer, Nederburg Estate, South Africa
he wine takes its name from a description of Ilse Graue, the wife of wine maker Johann Graue for the gracious sense of hospitality she brought to the Nederburg Estate.
Hand-harvested fruit has skin contact for 12 hours to concentrate the aromatic flavours. With 22 g/l of residual sugar, the wine is rich, yet the sweetness is well tempered by the acidity; shows pronounced aromas of rose, lychee and pineapple.
