The Chardonnay comes from two estate vineyards in the Santa Rita Hills,: La Rinconada and Sanford and Benedict. This hand-harvested, barrel-fermented Chardonnay shows intriguing aromas of citrus and tropical fruit such as lychee, with notes of roasted nuts and a minerality that carries through its long finish. Aged for eight months in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels.
