Caruso & Minini are a part of new revival in Sicilian wine. When Mario Minini met Stefano Caruso it sparked a long-held dream to produce a wine in the historical winemaking region of Marsala in Western Sicily.

Grillo is the most characteristic white grapeof Sicilly and cultivated high in the hills gives it freshness and complexity.

Expect aromas and flavours of lemon, gooseberry, crystallised nectarine peel and sage. Bright and crisp on entry, then rounder and more mellow, with a nicely persistent hint of lime and white flowers on the finish.
