Gavi di Gavi, Enrico Serafino

Made from Cortese grapes grown in the historical part of the Gavi village area in the heart of the appellation and from the best vineyards. It's one of the most successful and appreciated wine from Piemonte. Unoaked, the wine spends a little time on its lees to develop a richer mouth-feel.The wine has a beautiful minerality and acidity with a citrus and floral bouquet.
