Clos Vieux Taillefer 2016, Pomerol

This small property of just 3.8ha that produces textbook Pomerol.

It is a supple and full-bodied wine with notes of caramelised cherry mixed with mild spices and cinnamon. The palate is lush and rounded with layered black fruit flavours, vanilla and cigar box. A full, textured mouthfeel and gentle supporting tannins.

One to drink or to keep. It will give great pleasure whenever it is opened.
