Old School Gin - 'Owd Tom'

The third in the Apothecary Range for Gin Jamboree's Old School Gin.

Owd Tom is the result from our work with citrus fruit during the production of the Kaffir and Mandarin Old School's. But with this we decided to go off-piste with a style of gin that is making a come back in popularity.

Our lemon infused Old Tom that can be enjoyed on its own over ice, with a lemon slice and tonic or if your feeling the need for a little more sweetness, try adding a spot of honey. It would work wonderfully in a 'hot toddy' cocktail.

Only made in batches of 14 bottles at a time.
