Lemon Gin, Staffordshire Distillery

A distinctive lemon version that stems from their London Dry recipe is enhanced to include steeping of fresh lemon zest in the still for 2 days, (around 100 lemons per batch!) then distilled through copper and a blend of herbs such as Lemon Verbena, Lemon Thyme, Sweet Clover, blended with mineral water and with natural colours of lemon and no addition of sugar.

It makes an awesome Tom Collins!
