De Borgen's 'Before Gin' Genever

De Borgen's Before Gin is a traditional example of gin's forefather, genever. This full-bodied Dutch spirit uses a base of 17-year-old and unaged malt spirit as a base along with distilled juniper berries. This is rich and grainy with notes of juniper and warm spices.

The Gin Jamboree Team suggests it with Ginger Ale and a lime wedge.
