Chilgrove Dry Gin
Chilgrove Dry Gin is the very first English gin to be made using alcohol distilled from grapes. After years of researching and tasting gins, along with the very history of the spirit itself, Chilgrove distillers decided to eschew the current trend of using prominent or unusual botanicals. Instead, they went back to first principles, looked at the very heart of gin and sourced a superior grape neutral spirit as our starting point.
The Chilgrove distillers in Sussex have paired this intriguing base spirit with 11 botanicals, including Angelica Root, Coriander Seed, Grains of Paradise and Wild Water Mint.
The Gin Jamboree Team suggests it with Fevertree tonic water and a spring of mint
