Apoteca Mead Cask Finished Gin, Honey Spirit Co.

This is a limited edition Heather Mead cask finished Gin. Less than 100 bottles have been produced.

The gin is based on Rye spirit and left to age in casks previously holding Honey Spirits Heather Mead. At 46% it packs a punch but the cask finish has mellowed the bite to a mild gin perfect for mead & gin-lovers alike!

Made by the tiny Honey Spirit Co in the Peak District.
